“Retreat, it’s already time for the Earthly Justice.” Ox said in a booming voice. Swipe thought out loud, “The Earthly Justice?” “Get lost Ox! This fight is not over yet! I’m going to kill this guy!” Kumar screamed. “I will certainly get lost. If you don’t want to get caught in the blast, you’ll retreat for your own good,” Ox answered back. Kumar leaps up to the adjacent roof running but then stops, “I’m finished with you today. You better thank me for sparing your life.” Swipe shrugged, “Yeah that’s it. So you’re not leaving because your opponent is hurt. Too bad, you didn’t get the win that you wanted so badly.” “What!? That’s it, I’m going to kill that.” Ox cuts him off, “I’m leaving.” “Hey wait!” Kumar growls in anger for a minute, “Swipe right? I’m going to remember that face. If I see you again, I WILL kill you!” He bounds away over rooftops.

“If you are to see me again what, you're not sure? Have you given up on us is that how pathetic you are?” Swipe turned to the object that was smoking all over. “But what is that thing?  Is it some kind of bowling ball smoking?” There were streams of smoke coming from it. “A bomb everyone get out of here!?” Swipe remembering Ox’s words of Earthly Justice, the bomb explodes blowing away half the dojo. “Damn it, like Rica’s family restaurant wasn't enough. Your big plan was to just blow everyone away? I get it now. These guys aren't going to back down!” Swipe started to think, “They took out the restaurant and this dojo. Who knows how many causalities there have been. All I got out of this is one chipped wrist guard. That idiot was too stupid to noticed, but they sure didn’t pull back out of mercy. Damn them! If we don't do something they're going have us running for cover!” Swipe kicked over one of the broken board.

At the Chief’s house, the cloud of smoke is clearing. Maken glances down at his hands. “I must have breathed a little. My hands and legs are shaking. But that will wear off. Now we have to see to the Chief, Maken immediately stopped remembering the words of that echoed from Hans. “The time for Earthly Justice is here.” At some distance away, Jax levels the Armstrong Cannon for a shot. Maken screamed at the Chief’s wife and daughter. “Run!” They did as he was told scared to death. Jax shoots and it was a direct hit on the house. The Chief’s wife and daughter are sent flying but are unharmed.  The daughter screamed out, “Father, father!” Maken appears out of the smoke carrying the Chief. “He’s all right. He’s just unconscious.” She was in tears, “How could they be so cruel? What did father, what did we do?” Maken bows his head and is unable to answer. “Why? Why did this happen?” She hugged her father as her wife came to hug her husband.
