Kumar punches Swipe again, “Haha!” Hans to Maken, “Protecting them when you have to fight will be difficult, don't you think?” “Swipe..” Megan looked on as well as Vivi, “Maken..” Enishi looking down below, “Action and calm in a state of deadlock. The course he chooses now will determine the state of the battle. Well, I leave this to you Ox. Ox’s supply box burst open, “It’s my turn!” Ox sits on the shoulder of the mechanical robot. “This isn't good. We were already in a two-on-two deadlock. With another one, the man with the cannon will have time to recover,” Megan told the other two girls.

“That's what Ox was building in the basement,” Juba looked up, “Right?” Kumar looked over at it as well, “All I know is Ox’s got us something cool! He's not going to let you stand around any more! We're gonna kick some serious ass--.” He suddenly notices Swipe's foot about an inch from his face. Swipe gives him a solid round house kick, “You let me have that one? I didn't think you were that far ahead!” “Bastard!” “One kick and your nose is bleeding! You're as soft as I thought!” “You're the one whose face is all bloody! Damn it!”

“Well, as the battle to be the strongest fool rages on. You have no choice but to act. What will you do? Well? Well? Well!” Hans getting a bit frustrated. “Maken,” Makenzie whispered, Maken briefly looks right into her eyes and turns back. “Makenzie, what is it?” Vivi asked. “Just now Maken looked at me.” “Really? I wouldn't have thought Maken would show an opening by turning around in the middle of a fight.” “I must have been mistaken,” Makenzie thought to herself, “Or Was I?”

“What's wrong, MakenZero! You don't have time to stand and think this over!” Hans looked at him furiously. “I know. Let’s go.” Maken charges forward. Hans panics and can't do anything but raise his arms to block. However, Maken's swing doesn't seem to connect. “He missed!?” Megan and Vivi were surprised. “I see. You planned to take me out in a sudden attack and move on to Ox. But you failed completely! The price will be high--,” Hans was cut off seeing Makenzie moving towards him, challenging him. “Makenzie!?” The other girls shocked to see her going.

“Ha! You thought a child would be a fit opponent for me? Die!” Hans raises his crossbow. The crossbow holster, neatly sliced in half, falls off his wrist. Makenzie smashes him with her wooden practice sword. “Same to you! You thought someone so oblivious they didn't even know their own weapon had been cut off could be a fit opponent for Maken?” “Maken’s giving the field to Makenzie?” Vivi pondered as Maken runs forward to engage Ox. Makenzie thinking, “I still have a long way to go before I can measure up to him--but now, I'll defend this place to the death,” out loud, “Get up! Now you're fighting me!” Thinking again, “The first battle I've been entrusted with!”

Enishi spoke, “You made your choice. That's a healthy little brat you've got. You always did like kids. But you chose wrong. You were fooled by Hans’ disposition and underestimated his real ability. And you won't defeat Ox and his mechanical monster so easily,” thinking, “The brat will die! And you won't escape unscathed!” “I'm tired of waiting, MakenZero. Let's begin. It's the first time this thing has seen combat, so I'd like you to test its abilities,” Ox patted the head of the robot. “Unfortunately, tonight I'm waiting for the one above you. I have no time to play with toys,” Maken stared at Enishi as Enishi also returned the favor.

Well the past four days have been quite something. Even the weather was nice in Georgia. The high was 55 and most of the time the sun shined brightly. It was so warm in a long while. Today’s Friday and it’s cold now but that’s ok.

There seems to be a big year for birthdays in my family. My Uncle turned 60 last week, and I’ve grew up with him a lot in my life. He definitely doesn’t act 60 at all. Then mom yesterday turned 50. I went out and bought her this HUGE cookie cake. Saying: “Happy 50th Birthday Mom!” lol ^_^. Every thing is going well lately. She didn’t do anything really for her birthday, but I bet she’s got something planned for today and this weekend. And then in April I’ll be turning 20 but that’s still a way to go.

I went by an electronic store called Fry’s Electronics. Put in an application and such, and they asked what position. And I’m like. Well this is an electronic store so of course I want to be around what I’m good at. Software being videogames and movies, I could talk all day! ^_^ So the lady told me to come in the next day. I did that and there’s a whole bunch of other people. You don’t usually this many people trying to get a job at one store exactly. Had a 2 p.m. appointment with them and I must have been sitting in that chair for over 2 and a half hours. It was insane. And I was like dead last.

So it was a waiting game and it was just to see how bad you want the job and such. Most of the people were extremely nice which made things really better. Most those people were like man I had to do the exact same thing you’re doing. But don’t worry just hang in there and such. Oh the other thing about going to interviews at this job. You have 3 interviews you have to go through. Sometimes you do an interview everyday, but you also have to wait a few more hours as well. Crazy stuff, to where the people had to go through all that, and pretty much laughed that I had to go through the same thing.

Shrugged it off and went on sitting there not even moving from that chair. They get to me finally and when they saw the software on the application they wee like. Oh God we need people there too! They actually did my first and second interview and told me to come back for my final interview the next day. So that turned out good. Came back next day probably about over an hour wait. But that was fine. I pretty much had a pretty secured on the job. Met the store manger, really young guy. And the funny thing is was he was like, “Rory you know you’re already hired.” That was quick. So I got hired. Had to go do a drug test which was just right down the street from me. So easy. And Pretty much start Monday can you believe that? Filled out an application Monday then pretty much working by Monday coming up.

It’s been so amazing lately. God really did some wonderful things all the time. Just don’t see it. Man he showed me his power this week that’s for sure. I’m a smiling guy. I smile a lot good or bad. But I never smile so much and kept it going for a whole week like that. It’s so wonderful. Just got to believe and keep praying about things. You know it’s a real blessing because of both my parents being out of jobs and such. And this is my first job ever! So I’m very excited.

Most people drop their jaw and can’t believe I’ve never worked at all in my life. It’s not always about when you turn a certain age you should get a job and get money and such. My parents didn’t push me so much and even when I should have gotten a job they didn’t pressure me to get one you know. I feel like I took a really big step towards being an adult this week. I was worried. Because I just can’t see myself as an adult at all. Next step is to work hard and college. Still working on that one =P. Enjoy the story!
