Wow Within Three Days Things Go From Bad to God Awful
bad weekI hardly even know where to begin. The job this week as been nuts. I guess there was some falling out with my old manager and the owner. I like my manager and it was fine, but you know she had one issue and it was she need to hired better quality people. There's a few of us that are pretty good. yet there so people just the little things they screw everyone over. And I think that's what happen to her where she couldn't catch up so me and another associate of mine were caught in the next day. from doing normal returns we had people teaching us new stuff, which I didn't mine because we never did any real good training we kind of just got thrown in @_@
I usually have a good network system so one of the kids had already told me that the manager left/ got fired. So I was already somewhat prepared for what was going to happen that day. From doing normal work as I said earlier, I am now doing at 123% more work than anything. i was doing stuff I never ever ever had to do or never done at all. With me and my friend with us both being guys, man we had to clean and get so freaking dirty. We melted down an entire freezer washed it and restocked it. I mopped another freezer, ripped out tons of stuff to clean. Cut my finger really bad, it wouldn't stop bleeding and it was bleeding a lot. So had to work one hands/ right hands (I'm left handed by the way if you didn't know), making donuts sorta @_@. All my job was when I first started was just help the front clean it and that's about it. I never had to worry about anything else.
I'm lucky enough that when I watch people so I only new just a little how to do things. I was cooking cleaning, doing every damn thing on the planet now. So not cool. This is was what I was trying to avoid the whole time. My other friend had news for me, another networking moment so what was going to happen the next day. Before the Manager left she I guessed pretty much sabotages our delivery. That probably has to be the biggest d*ck move I've seen in quite a very very very long time. Talk about order $2,000 worth of stuff that we don't even use at this store. Freaking unbelievable. I mean sure yeah she knew what was going on and been done wrong but don't take out on people who had nothing to do with it!
So I've been paying the price the past 3 days. This month has not been so hot either. I've only been getting a day off sorta since the beginning of the month. I really hate being so freaking nice. I can't even remember the last time I actually got off at the time I needed to. Especially one of the people at work, think she's all that, but yet messes up everybody else. I just want to be this huge @$$hole but I can't it's not me and I'm so damn nice. You know if you're working hard you feel the sweat on your forehead my entire body as been cover, and it's screams at me telling me somethings not right. I know it, but what can I do. I just have to stick with it and pray to God that I don't blow up. I've never been this close to the edge and already being that pushed within that short amount of time. All this pressure is really killing me. People tell me to relax but I can't because I have to be at work within 12 hours. That's nothing. That's why I always wake up early so I can have a WHOLE day time always flies by me. Not only do I hate being good when they see that they pushed everything on me. 'm staying for almost 9 10 hour shifts the past three weeks. Been getting MURDERED guys seriously I don't know what to do. It took me so freaking long to find a job last time so I can't give it up. Hopefully things will calm down. But I'm totally getting my @$$ kicked.
